Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

Start by placing the shortcrust pastry into the springform pan. If the edges are too high, fold them over. Use a fork to prick the bottom of the crust or place weights like beans on top to prevent it from rising too much. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

Step 2: Make the Daim Cream
