Fans of Celebrity Traitors have discovered a clever strategy that the Faithfuls can use in tonight’s episode to uncover who the Traitors are. The show has been filled with high-stakes drama, and viewers are eager to see if this tactic can help the group identify the traitors.
Last week’s episodes were packed with tension as Charlotte Church and Joe Wilkinson were eliminated by the Traitors, while Line of Duty star Mark Bonnar and Stephen Fry were banished during the roundtable. The intense atmosphere has led to some surprising developments, including the revelation that BBC producers brought in mental health professionals to support the cast.
This came after fans speculated that Alan Carr might have made a critical error during the roundtable when questioned by Joe Marler about his shield. Now, many are hoping that the Faithfuls will employ a well-known method to eliminate their first Traitor tonight.
On the faithfultopodcast, two fans shared an approach that could be effective if the Faithfuls are observant and familiar with the international versions of the show. They suggested that the Faithfuls should ask each other specific details about what Claudia Winkelman was wearing to determine who is lying.
In a TikTok video, one fan explained: “They should ask Jonathan what broach Claudia was wearing. What does he think?” The idea is that if someone is a Traitor, they wouldn’t know the correct detail because they wouldn’t have been paying attention to Claudia’s outfit.
Another co-host of the podcast added: “Because he wouldn’t see Claudia because he’s a traitor. That’s what they need to do.”

At the end of last Thursday’s episode, Nick Mohammed, Lucy Beaumont, and Kate Garraway were placed in a precarious position after learning they would either face the three Traitors or host Claudia Winkelman. The fan discussed various scenarios and emphasized the importance of asking the right questions to expose the Traitors.
TV reporter Milo Pope shared his excitement for the upcoming episode. He said, “To say that I am excited for tonight’s episode is a huge understatement. I’ve barely picked my jaw off the floor from last week after Alan Carr’s horrendous blunder at the roundtable when he forgot that he had a shield.”
Pope also expressed hope that Alan Carr could avoid elimination, but he believes it might only be a matter of time before he is banished. He praised Nick Mohammed for his unconventional thinking and suggested that his suspicions about Cat, along with Alan’s mistake and the growing doubts around Jonathan Ross, could shift the balance in favor of the Faithfuls.
He continued, “If the Traitors decide to banish him, it’s game, set and match. If he survives, I think the very stable house that the Traitors have built so far could come tumbling down…”

The tactic of asking about Claudia’s attire appears to be a simple yet effective way to identify the Traitors. One fan joked, “Trick question. She wasn’t wearing a broach. Jonathan will say, oh, I think it was a golden bird. Jonathan’s a traitor. You’ve found one. Easy as that.”
Whether or not the Faithfuls choose to use this method remains to be seen, but the pressure is mounting inside the Scottish castle. Following the banishment of Stephen Fry, the Faithfuls have set an unfortunate record.
This season marks the first time that ten Faithful contestants have been eliminated—either through murder or banishment—before a single Traitor has left the house. In the first civilian series of The Traitors, eight Faithfuls were eliminated before the Traitor Alyssa Chan was banished in a roundtable.
